Our Policies.

Returns:

Returns are accepted for products that are not as described in our listings. That is the only reason we accept returns! We make every effort to describe the parts we sell in great detail and provide many pictures so that you can determine their condition. All of our parts are tested prior to shipping. Keep in mind that you are buying a used, recycled part. Parts may show signs of normal wear but any defects will be listed. Trim pieces may be missing clips but will still install and hold unless otherwise noted.

We do not accept returns for the part not fitting your vehicle. The part number is the only thing that determines if it fits your vehicle and we have part numbers listed in all of our sales. It is the Buyers responsibility to determine if the part will fit their car based on the part number in the listing. Audi changes part numbers frequently and there may be more than 1 part number listed in an sale. This is due to a new superceeded part number being issued but it is still the same part. We also do not accept returns because the part is the wrong color. All Audi factory colors are described in the listing so please read the whole listing.

No returns on electrical parts or electrical components!

We do not sell parts for you to test on your vehicle and then return if it did not fix your problem.

All of our parts have a security mark on them. If a part is accepted for return, the part must be shipped back at Buyers expense. It will then be inspected for the security mark. If it is our part and has not been modified, damaged or tampered with, a refund will be issued via Paypal minus original shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee may also be charged.

No Returns on any item shipped outside the USA.

Shipping:

Shipping costs listed are for the lower 48 USA states only. Shipping is normally calculated for the most economical method possible. Expedited shipping is available upon request for additional cost. Shipping is also available worldwide. Please inquire about shipping costs prior to offerding.

Large or heavy Body Panels, Engines, Transmissions, etc. will not be shipped but may be picked up locally in St. Louis at no charge by appointment. Truck delivery is available on these parts within 50 miles of St. Louis for a nominal charge.

Assemblies:

We sell all Audi parts no matter how large or small. If you see an assembly listed but need only a small part of it, send a message and we may be able to offer the part you need for a lesser charge. If you need a part that is not listed, please send a message with your request and we will respond with price and availability.
