The FutoFab Alternator Adjustment Strut is designed for use on all Datsun L series engines, both 4 and 6 cylinder models. It replaces the original upper bracket and can be installed on any application that uses 8mm (or 5/16”) mounting boltswith an adjustment range of 5.5\" to 7\". Due to varying vehicle specifications, some installations may require use of an alternate length belt to achieveproper adjustment.
The adjustment strut is made of solid billet aluminum round stock with chrome plated spherical bearing rod ends for a long lasting finish.
Engine applications include: L13, L14, L16, L18, L20B, L24, L26 & L28 and others that match the mounting bolt sizes andadjustmentrange.
