These designs are then tested here, in house at RevMax and then sold around the world by many of the other so called innovators that claim to have designed these parts. Unlike our competitors we don?t go around bragging about our work in multi-page ads in every magazine, we let our work speak for itself.
Our kits feature Precision International overhaul kits* which are regarded as the finest overhaul kits in the industry. These overhaul kits contain all of the gaskets, o-rings, seals sealing rings and small parts required to completely overhaul your transmission properly. The clutches and steels are RevMax designed and then manufactured by either Raybestos or Alto to our exact specifications. Any custom pistons or pressure plates required are included in our kits. The clutch and steel modules are all designed to be assembled within clearance tolerances out of the box, however it is crucial that all clearances are checked and recorded.
All of our rebuild kits come complete with a pump bushing, sump filter and spin on filter where applicable. Planetary washer kits, bushing kits, bearing kits and other user option items are not included but available for purchase separately on our website. We do this as some customers do not want these parts and others do.
RevMax does not warranty any rebuild kit components as we cannot control the installers quality of work or knowledge. It is imperative that you select a highly qualified installer or be extremely competent with the rebuilding process of your transmission.

- Level 4 diesel units come with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.

- Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 car converters come with a one-year unlimited mileage warrranty.
- Stage 5 lockup converters feature a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.

- Valve Bodies
- Revmax Performance valve bodies feature a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
- Electrical items included on some of our valve bodies such as sensors, solenoids and wiring harnesses, have a 90 day warranty.
- Transmissions
- Revmax Performance transmissions feature a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
- Input, Output and Intermediate Shafts ARE NOT COVERED against breakage!
- Customer is responsible for all costs associated with damage caused by broken shafts. Shaft breakage is considered abuse and is NOT warrantied under any circumstances!
- All warranties are non transferable and do not cover abuse to the item. This includes any unit used in excess of our stated power ratings.
- Also the use of a trans-brake or Nitrous on any of our converter is not authorized unless the appropriate upgrades are purchased. Some of our items may also need additional upgrades as deemed suited by RevMax in order to be installed in some applications. If the recommended upgrades are not purchased and the unit fails due to the non upgraded parts, the respective warranty will be voided.
- Warranty does not include labor for the removal or installation of any product, including defective items.
- The RevMax warranty does not cover any costs associated with a failure or defective item, including but not limited to the following:
- Downtime.
- Rental car.
- Labor.
- Storage fees.
- Fluids.
- Towing charges.
- Travel costs.
- Consequential damage to the transmission or driveline.
- Any defective item must be sent back to RevMax, freight prepaid, and upon receipt will be inspected for damage. RevMax will at its sole discretion either repair or replace the defective item.
