- All return merchandise must be authorized and assigned with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R.A.N) from our customer service representatives before returning a product. Contact us at [phone removed by eBay] during our business hours from M-F 10:00am to 6:30pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
