Q. Does the compressorcome with oil? A. No, the compressoronly comes with test oil in it but not oiled up for use. You must drain thetest oil first than you must add specified oil to the compressor. Please lookinto your vehicles specifications.
Q. Does the compressorcome with the clutch and pulley? A. Yes, all of our compressors come complete with clutch andpulley.
Q. How long doesshipping take? A. We have a 1 to twobusiness day handling period than shipping takes 3-7 days for domestic shippingdepending on geographical location. All international shipments take anywherefrom 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Shipping time is not guaranteed we cannotcontrol this once it leaves our door it is on the carrier not Jensen Auto.
Q. Do you accept returns? A. Yes we accept returns within 30 days ofpurchase on all unused items. If it is a warranty issue returns are 14 daysonly after that it is exchange only. Allreturns must be approved by our returns department and have a Return MerchandiseAuthorization number. Any return without a RMA # will not be accepted.

All remanufactured compressors are warranted for 12 months. New units are warranted for 12 or 24 months as stated in the listing. Stock images maybe used so that customer can match up there compressor to the image. Appearance of received product may vary depending on condition of item ordered.Labor is not included. Any used units carry a 3 month warranty. Labor is not included. Money back refund is applicable only on unused/non-mounted Units. Otherwise only the exchange policy applies.
On most orders you will have to reuse your switch, manifold and or your OEM plug. If you can not reuse yours please contact us and we will try and get one for you if we have in stock. All compressors and clutches are top quality and completely remanufactured. All new units are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) unless stated otherwise. All units are complete with clutch.
You must follow proper installationprocedures for warranty to be valid:
1.Unit Mustbe installed by certified AC Tech.
2. System must be flushed using an AC Flush Solution
3.System must bethen evacuated to remove any and all moisture and left over flush
4.Must ReplaceFilter Drier or Accumulator.
5.Proper typeand amount of oil must be installed in unit. Most of our units ship with testingoil that needs to be drained and then replaced with proper oil and filled toFactory system specs.
6.An ac machinemust be used to fill the system with the proper amount of Freon based onfactory specs. Using canned Freon isnot a proper fill of a complete install. These cans are meant to top ofa working system and most compressors do not operate properly when canned Freonis used as there is not enough force to properly disperse throughout thesystem..
Proof of these procedures will be required forany warranty. With your compressor will be a warranty sheet that we ask you to have your mechanic fill out and keep safely for 1 year as it will be requiredto verify install on any warranty claim.
