For parts that are defective, we offer our customers a free replacement (when available) or a 100% money-back refund of the purchase price.

Parts must be in their received condition and packaging, and must be received back free of damage for a credit. Parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your order was shipped via UPS/USPS ground free of charge, then we will deduct an additional
5 return charge to cover our original shipping. Freight shipping orders that were shipped free of charge will have a minimum return charge of 25 to cover our original shipping. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the discretion of Benwood Auto Parts.
