Note: This transmission used two different width bands depending on the year, from 1988-91 it came with a 1.375" band 1992-On used 1.60" Make sure you order the right kit based on year or measurement.
This Transmission Kit is one we sell everyday to Transmission Shops, it fits the A500 (40RH, 42RH, 42RE, 44RE) 1988-91
These plates are Red Eagle high performance clutch plates. These clutches are put through a process where the friction paper is saturated in a phenolic resin, cured, and then saturated a second time in a silicate. The silicate imparts high heat resistance. So why not use what the professionals use!
All these Kits have Clutches Manufactured byAlto (Red Eagle)and Gasket Sets made by the Co.TRANSTEC or Precision
