Guarantee and Returns
Items in original condition and original or equivalent packaging may be returned
for any reason within the first 30-days, unless stated on the listing.
Electronic Control Modules (ECMs) and other Control Modules will not be
returnable or refundable. ECMs may need to be taken to a dealer as part of the
installation process for programming, at the expense of the buyer.
Radios come with a 1 year warranty, and may need the antitheft feature
reprogrammed by a dealer at the buyers expense.
Most parts will come with a one year parts replacement warranty unless otherwise
stated on listing. All warranties are for the original buyer and are not
transferable to a third party. The one year period starts when you take
possession of the part. No Labor warranty is provided unless otherwise stated
Gas engines and transmissions come with a 90 day no labor warranty. Diesel engines
and transmissions will come with a 30 day no labor warranty.
All Warranties will be void if correct name address and valid phone number are
not provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
This warranty is for the original buyer and is not transferable to a third
party. All other parts will come with a one year parts replacement warranty
unless otherwise stated on listing. The one year period starts when you take
possession of the part. No Labor warranty is provided unless otherwise stated
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty
period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund
the part purchase price, at our option. No refund issued on deposits.
If the part is found to be defective and returned within the first 30 days
original shipping charges will be refunded, shipping charges will not be
refunded on returns made under any other circumstances.
Returning a part is an easy 4 step process:
- You must contact us via The messaging system or call us by phone at 866-574-9303 to obtain a return
authorization form number (RAF)
- Once you have the RAF Number, ship the item
back in original or equivalent package along with the RAF number to :

- You will receive an email from asking for your consent to
cancel the order.
- Once is given your consent to cancel the order and the
merchandise has been returned to Dons Automotive Mall your money will be
refunded via your original payment method.
We use the UPS ship Calculator but we reserve the right to use other shipping sources such as USPS and FedEx.
Ship-to Locations - Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states, Alaska, Hawaii,Puerto Rico and all US Territories only via Fed Ex. At an extra charge APO, FPO will be sent via USPS priority Mail.
We do not ship to areas outside of the continental United States other than
those listed above.

Freight Items :
You can Request a quote on Shipping costs for Large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions) through the Message system, or by calling me at 1-866-574-9303.
We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 states.
To give you an accurate price for shipping, I'll need to know a little more information.
- First of all, the zip code of the delivery site.
- Also, is the Delivery site Commercial or Residential?
- Is the Delivery Site capable of unloading a heavy pallet from the back of a tractor trailer? If there is no fork lift or loading dock present, a truck with a liftgate is needed, which freight companies charge an additional fee for.
With those 3 pieces of information, I will be more able to calculate the most economical way to transport your purchase to you.
If you don't have a commercial address, we can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase.
If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Shipping Deadlines :
We will process every order within 24 hours of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F Eastern Time Zone. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Eastern cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All non-freight items will be sent via Fed Ex unless given instructions otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 12:00 noon EST. All freight items will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon EST. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Parts grading system definitions:
The highest quality part. An A grade part contains a minimum amount of damage. Any non-mechanical part listed as 000 is considered an A grade part.
A second level quality part. B grade parts contain a moderate amount of damage.
The third level quality part. Although still useable, a C grade exceeds a moderate amount of damage.
X - An un-graded part.
NIB- Negative information term used to down grade an A grade part to a B grade part.
NIC/NIQ - Negative information terms used to down grade an A or B grade part to a C grade part.
