- We usually ship within 1-3 business days (exclude weekends & holidays) after payment clears.
- UPS & FedEx Ground service will take another 1-3 business days to the west coast, and 5-8 business days to the east coast customers. Although USPS Priority Mail advertises 2-3 days, it is not guaranteed
Please do not hold us responsible for courier delays.
- Once your order is shipped, our system will automatically send an e-mail with the tracking number the same day your item got shipped. Please make sure your spam blocker does not block our e-mail. If you do not receive a tracking number in 3 business days, please contact us.
- If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller¡¦s discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time.
- All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Buyer is responsible for returning shipping and insurance fee, we will not be held responsible for lost or damage on return shipments. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
- Many of our items do not come with installation instructions, and do require professional installation.

- If buyer chooses not to submit payment with a valid address or provide us a tracking number, we will assume buyer does not want to complete transaction and will file an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Return PolicyAn item needs to be returned because of:
- Please contact us via 's messagingsystem. A brief explanation of how the item is not fitting, the VIN number of the vehicle and a digital photo as an illustration must be included within the email. if there was a mistake on our part we will issue a return label at our cost.
- Please e-mail us immediately if your item is defective upon arriva. We will provide you with the RMA form . We will not accept cases reported after 10 days from the delivery date EXCEPT for items with issues of water condensation for which we extend the manufacture¡¦s warranty for two months only.
NOT AS ADVERTISED
- Please e-mail us a digital photo of the item that was received. We will issue a free return label if it is a mistake on our part. Once we receive the item back to our facility, we will than ship out the correct item.
DISLIKE or PLACE WRONG ORDER
- We can accept your request to return the item if you accidentally purchased the wrong product or simply didn¡¦t like it once it was received. A fair resolution for both parties would be that you would cover the cost to return the item back to us. Also the original shipping and handling cost would not be refunded because that cost has already been spent.
* All returns must be shipped back in its ORIGINAL BOX/PACKAGING. Do NOT remove any product inventory labels from box/packaging.*
* Please do NOT write or mark anything on the outside of box, the box must be kept the original status.*
* We decide the shipping method and carrier for all return shipping to customers.*
- We inspect each item before they are shipped. It is buy's responsibility to file a damage claim if your item is damaged upon arrival. A brand new replacement will be sent to you once the shipping carrier approves the claim.
- If your package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund can only be sent once the shipping carrier has notified us that the lost in transits claim has been approved.
- If the item is returned to us because you provided an incorrect and or incomplete address, or because the package was refused. You would have to pay the return shipping fees of the item. Also the original shipping and handling cost would not be refunded because that cost has already been spent.
