Return PolicyAn item needs to be returned because of:
- FITTING ISSUES
- Please contact us via eBay's messaging system. A brief explanation of how the item is not fitting, the VIN number of the vehicle and a digital photo as an illustration must be included within the email. if there was a mistake on our part we will issue a return label at our cost.
- DEFECTIVE
- Please e-mail us immediately if your item is defective upon arrival. We will provide you with the RMA form . We will not accept cases reported after 10 days from the delivery date EXCEPT for items with issues of water condensation for which we extend the manufacture`s warranty for two months only.
- NOT AS ADVERTISED
- Please e-mail us a digital photo of the item that was received. We will issue a free return label if it is a mistake on our part. Once we receive the item back to our facility, we will than ship out the correct item.
- DISLIKE or PLACE WRONG ORDER
- We can accept your request to return the item if you accidentally purchased the wrong product or simply did not like it once it was received. A fair resolution for both parties will be a 25% restocking fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, subtracted from your refund. we will collect 25% plus another 10% restocking fee ( total fee is 35%) for all GENUINE parts returned (Required by OEM manufacture)

It is buy's responsibility to file a damage claim if your item is damaged upon arrival.
