Shipping: All items are shipped either Priority Mail or Fedex Ground. We ship the same or next business day. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. WE SHIP ALL PARTS WORLDWIDE, with the exception of certain headlights, certain taillights, and air bags (Air Bags are Continental United States only). Any purchase where the shipping is $13 or more, the payment page (if using your paypal account) MUST show a physical address, no PO Box addresses for $13 and over shipping, Fedex cannot deliver to a PO Box. Also, if using Paypal, Paypal will only allow shipment to the address in the payment page, it must be the correct address when you pay, or the payment will be refunded, and we will need you to resend the payment with the corrected address. This is a Paypal rule and we are required to follow it.
Packing: We use recycled or recyclable packing peanuts and strong shipping boxes where applicable, with a few new boxes if you have a unique item. We like reusing good condition strong boxes, gives them another use rather than winding up in the trash.
Condition of the parts: All parts are in working order, and tested before offered for sale. If a part has any problems, we will specify it in the auction.
Warranty: Each part comes with a 30 day warranty. If the part has a problem 30 days from purchase, we will see to getting you a replacement if available. Cosmetic damage does not qualify. The part must be fully checked (meaning by a shop) before messaging us. A simple \"it doesn\'t work\" is usually not enough to determine the issue. We are not responsible for cost of installation. We are not responsible for misdiagnosis.
Returns: Any part purchased that is no longer needed, or purchased incorrectly (we provide accurate descriptions in the auction, and each part will ONLY fit the car in the description, and if the part number matches yours) can be returned as long as it was not plugged in, and the security marks are still in place. The buyer pays return shipping and will be refunded after inspection of the part. Buyer will pay a mandatory $25 restocking fee for any returned part purchased incorrectly or not needed for your vehicle. Computers requiring a reprogram are not eligible for returns. Airbags CANNOT be returned by the buyer unless packed correctly. Disputes in Ebay or Paypal are expressly forbidden if the wrong part is purchased. Returns accepted 30 days from the date of purchase only. Poorly packed returns will forfeit refund.
