Issue: Both driver and passenger sides have deep scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Driver side has one LED not lighting up when powered. Both driver and passenger side lens are dirty, and will require some cleaning. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install. Fitment: 94-01 Dodge Ram 1500
