This listing is for a OEM new take off steel wheel. Not remanufactured or refurbished. Taken off of a 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis. This was the spare tire wheel, which was swapped out for an aluminum wheel when the car was brand new. It\'s been sitting in the garage for 20 years now. It has ZERO miles on it! The car is long gone, so now it\'s the wheels\' turn to go.
