- You will receive the part you order and as pictured. Don't automatically expect extras such as bushings on a sway bar, brake pads on a caliper, bulbs in a taillight or screws. If they are not shown or described they are not included.

- We do not warranty or guarantee the condition of any rubber boot, u-joint, bushing, ball joint boot, rubber part, plastic trim or brake rotor. We recommend that you replace these items. ECMS, INSTURMENT CLUSTERS AND RADIOS might need programming at a dealer. A radio will almost never have the code and will need to be unlocked unless noted in the description that a code is included. Please know what you are ordering and if it needs programming. Returns will include a restocking fee for code related issues.
- Used ECMS are sold AS-IS. Due to misdiagnosis, We ask that you verify the vin with the ID shown with your manufacturer. There will be no returns allowed for these items for false diagnosis which can make the part defective upon installation. Under no circumstances will these items be returned or exchanged. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
- Body panels and trim panels are sold as-is with no returns. If you need a new hood, fender or bumper cover, Check out our new aftermarket and OEM selection. These are used parts and they will almost always show wear including nicks, scratches, minor dents or scuffs. We cannot guarantee any color, paint, plastic part or trim panel to match the condition of your current body panel. Plan on refinishing or painting any body panel that you receive that is used. No guarantee on any finish color! Ask questions first! Images may not represent the color accurately due to photographical illusions.
- Engines are sold as long blocks. All exterior harnesses, sensors, covers, hoses, alternator, intakes and the starters are not guaranteed. Automatic Transmissions will include the torque converter, sensors and harness are not guaranteed. If Mileage is not listed, then we couldn't properly verify them; VIN requests are welcome for a carfax.
- Returns: We guarantee our parts to work if they are not sold AS-IS or \"for parts or not working\". We can't guarantee that they will fix your problem due to incorrect diagnosis. Please pay attention to the specific return policy for the part you are ordering. Returned parts will carry a restock fee of 20% on non-defective returned parts. All return shipping costs for any reason is the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase. Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 30 day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. Please contact us first before openning a case or leaving negative feedback. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special \"cut\" items. If you would like to add additional warranty to the initial 30 day (i.e. 6 months to 1 year); please contact us via eBay messaging and we will add the additional warranty to the listing as requested.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Messaging within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Brandywine Auto Parts, 14000 Crain Hwy, Brandywine MD 20613 along with the RMA number.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
