• Caution: Vehicles That Equipped With Factory Xenon HID System Will Use Different Bulb Size. Please Refer To Your Owners Manual For Correct Fitment, or Please Research Online Before Purchases.

Shipping and Handling fee

• All orders will ship within 24 working hours, and we will ship out all orders the same  day they are placed before 2PM (Monday~Friday), and all orders will be shipped via USPS  or UPS.
• Payment cleared/received on Sunday will be shipped on the next business days (Monday or Tuesday)
• We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may very, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.
• We must collect 8.75% sales tax if order shipped within California. By law, sales tax is automatically computed on products.
• Sorry that we do not utilize third party shipping account, and do not offer local pickups.
• *Shipping and handling fees is not just the cost of the shipment. It is also the additional costs such as additional packing materials, insurance, and the labor required for shipping, and packing.

Terms and Warranty

• Return Detail--Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date. In order to return an item, you must contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
 
• Basic Return Criteria--Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you: Original packaging, Original shipping label / packing slip, All accessories, Manuals, warranty registration, etc., Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the correct product. This can be obtained by you either from our customer service people., RMA number written on the outside shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box.
 
• Basic Return Processing--If the merchandise is returned on time, in like-new condition, and conforms with the returns policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR the purchase price excluding shipping will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please allow up to ten days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse because the delivery times vary depending upon the shipper. Your return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Risk of loss for product being returned is yours during shipment between you, our returns center, distributor, or manufacturer, or back to you. Title to the product being returned remains with you until acceptance by returns center, distributor, or manufacturer.
• We reserve the right to cancel offers from any buyer with a history of negative response/Non-payment.
