A: We ship directly to anywhere in the United States that has a standard 5 digit zipcode. We ship internationally anywhere eBay international supports.
Q: I see a part in the picture, but you say you don't have it. Why?
A: The pictures displayed on most of our listings were taken when the vehicle was originally inventoried. Things will have been sold by the time you see this listing. We update pictures as we can, but it's not possible to update them every time something is sold.
Q: What condition is this part in?
A: We are a salvage yard, almost everything we sell is used (unless labeled new aftermarket). We do our best to make sure everything is in good working order, but from time to time things get missed. We may have to contact you if an item does not pass inspection before shipping.
Q: This part is labeled Left side, is that the driver or passenger side of the car?
A: The industry standard left/right is as you are sitting in the vehicle. Left is Driver's Side, Right is Passenger Side.
Q: How does that work for engines that are turned sideways? (as in most front wheel drive cars)
A: The side of the motor with the serpentine belt is the \"front\". The rules are the same as they are for the whole car after that.
