This is one and 2of the big 3 Mfg. that make these aftermarket parts they are very close to the oe but there is some small differences as in all aftermarket Usa parts that may cause a fit issue we as a shop see this daily so if you think your going to just pull theold out and slap this in do not cut off any part of the converter it will be short and you will need to get a piece of pipe for extention!and may need to change the degree just a tad. It can be done no problem just have to do it correctly. We install these daily and sell these to over 100 shops dailyand we know why they dont fit if you call and say there to short or the angle is not correct.They are made correctly installation needs to be done correctly and shops will give you all types of reason why they dont fit to sell you theres. Just a FYI.

**CHECK THE PIPE DIAMETER THAT GOES FROM YOUR Y-PIPE TO THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER THIS DIAMETER IS 2 1/2" YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ONE. IF ITS 3" IN DIAMETER THEN YOU NEED OR OTHER PART # LISTED 93972 / 43024-430005.THIS IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO.
