Guarantee and Returns
Most parts we sell through Motors come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. All returned parts must be received in the same condition they were sent out. All BAS markings, and stock numbers must remain on the part for it to be returned. We are not responsible for any parts which have been disassembled, damaged, altered, or modified. If you have any questions or concerns reguarding our gaurantee and return policy contact us through an Message.
The Interchange information at the top of the page is automated by and we DO NOT guarantee it's accuracy. The interchange information in red letters in the listing is accurate to the part being advertised. If you are unsure of compatability please contact us before purchase.
Computers/Control Modules may require reprogramming by the manufacturers authorized dealer or service facility to operate satisfactorily. Original receipt from an authorized dealer showing the computer/control module was reprogrammed/flashed must be presented in the event of a warranty claim.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us via Message
within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. On items that were sold with free shipping, you will be refuned the paid price of the item minus our cost to ship the item to you. In addition, there will be a $10 restocking fee on all returned parts. No refunds will be issued until part is received and inspected to meet all requirements listed in the above paragraphs.

Brush Auto Salvage will ship worldwide on some items upon request. If you are outside of the United States and would like to purchase an item send me an email with your location and zip code and I will change the shipping to allow for internation shipment calculations and purchases. On some items however, we do not ship out of the US. If you are having your item shipped to a business please let us know as it saves us a little money on shipping.
We ship our parts through either UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail depending on which is the lest expesnive. Please do not give us only a PO box to ship to.
No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please.

- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
