-ALL HEAD SEATS ARE CHECKED WITH SOLVENT SOLUTION.FOR LEAKS AT THE SEAT PRIOR TO LEAVING MY SHOP. THIS IS A GUARANTEE THAT THE SEATS ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. SOME HEAD SEATS MAY HAVE HAD VALVE JOBS IF THEY WERE PITTED IN ANY FORM. THAT ALSO IS DONE UPON INSPECTION.

Up for sale is a pair ofrebuilt and machined PAIRof (3 BAR)GT40 302 engine cylinder heads. These heads have already been drilled for 1/2 holes so they will fit on a 351 block. Honestly folks you\'ll have over $500 alone in machine work and parts/time plus cost of heads. These are done ready to go. Theyare the \"3 bar\" marking stamp proprietary for these heads for easy identification.We repaired with helicoils 2 spark plug holes as they were \"iffy\" so instead of selling them that way, we decided to take care of that. The heads have a brand new trickflow valve spring upgrade kit installed on them which will allow you to pick an aggressive camshaft up to .550 lift as advertised. This kit has brand new retainers, locks, shims and seals that get put on the heads. Trickflow 2500100 is the part number for the kit and theres plenty of information on the net about them. That\'s $189 alone in the heads not including all the money in machine work. Ihave alsohadALL the valvesCUTand refaced in their seats. Seats and guides were checked and mic\'d. Basically folks I have done all that can be done to these heads minus porting. Which I don\'t do.Heads do come equipped with the stock 1.6 rocker found on those heads. And these are PEDASTAL mount rockers. You can put any size rocker on you wish that fits pedestal mount (keep in mind some cams only like specific rockersizes).Thesespecific headshave beenprofessionally machined .005-.008 thousandths for perfect flat heads, inspected, and jetwashedto make sure the head is clean inside and out including all the mic\'d and checks at the shop.The heads are ready to bolt on w/o any worrys of them working and you can run a larger camshaft with your engine up to .550 lift as mentioned above. I have not ported any of these heads in any form, so theres more to gain if you did that. These have the F3ZE casting number, very similiarcasting head as the F3ZZ OEM cobra heads in 93-94 and 95.Very similar as well to theGT40Pheads F77E. They are62-64 CC chambers whichare the same as the GT40 Cobra and theE7TE stock heads by about 6 cc\'s. Check out the CC chart i added to pictures. These are a direct fit UPGRADEDcompared to thestock mustangE7TE heads that are the smog heads found on most 87-93 ford mustang HO motors. These heads do NOT carry any smog so you don\'t have to worry about that if you runan aftermarket headers.They have larger 1.85intake 1.55 exhaustvalves andflow a lot more air than the E7TE heads (stock HO heads).Matched with an upgraded intake and cami have seen these heads and intake combo on aB cam (with rockers) make wellover 300 HP at the wheels on a mustang dyno. Which is prettygood. That\'s 80 HP just bolting them on withan intake and small cam. And we all know mustang dynos are greedy!Looking for bang for your buck on your fox mustang or ford small block project, bothGT40 and GT40P heads are undoubtedly the easy best bolt on production headsfor those engines. Roller and NON-roller. They will work on both. Non roller motors may require some minor adjustments due to the fact these are pedestal mount heads and older blocks were stud mount.So buyers are responsible to check fitament for that. This is that \"half year\" style cylinder head where one head was from mexico foundry and one head was from Cleveland foundry according to stamps. Same exact casting but I felt I should mention that. Nothing to be concerned about. Same 3 bar heads and specs.
