HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CHANGED YOUR EXHAUST AND DONT RUN CATS EGR IS USELESS. FOR ADDITIONAL $40 I WILL TIG WELD A NICE BUNG IN THE #5 RUNNER FOR THE SENSOR IF YOU WANT IT. Up for sale is a CLEAN, jet washed and heat treated painted GT40 Upper Lower intake pulled from a 99-01 STYLE explorer 5.0 V8. Will pretty much fit any 302 roller engine EFI style blocks. This a direct bolt on upgrade for fox body & SN95 mustangs that have deleted their egr or exhaust systems and do not require the smog ports on the intake. There are a few extra vaccum port differences found on this intake that you will have to plug or T-off and run to fit a fox body or SN95 mustangs but nothing serious or problematic. Your stock fuel rails, bolts, PCV, heater tube and even the upper 5.0 HO plenum plate will bolt right on along with the EGR SPACER and TB too. This is an exceptional upgrade to the fox body & SN95 mustangs giving it anywhere between 25-40 more HP over stock pending on what heads you run. These intakes actual OUTFLOW GT40 Tubular AND cobra OEM intakes. Check out my last picture, you\'ll see the flow bench on them from 5.0 mustang magazine! Has been inspected and checked on the deck and for cracks as well as tap ran thru the holes. As you can see in the pictures it also has been high heat painted. Comes with the OEM 6 bolts and a NEW GT40 intake gasket as well as the upper plenum intake cover and bolts for both upper to lower and plate itself. May have either the 5.0 v8 top cover of the explorer v8 top cover. The gasket I send you is an OEM replacement and its new. So no worries there. May have a new barb fitting vaccum installed if I deem one of the vac lines aren\'t in good shape. So I would drill and tap a new fitting in its place which will look nice and work better than stock. As you can see the TB intake area is 69MM in size will fit 65mm-70mm TB. I can bore the intake port to match a 70mm TB if needed at additional price of $40. We do not port the lower intake holes. I have modified the explorer 65mm TB\'s to fit fox body mustangs. I have them for sale in other auctions with matching EGR stock spacers for fox bodys that I have bored to match the tapered 65mm TB and the 69mm intake hole. Makes for a nice flow rate. Those are separate with this auction. I will combine shipping and package deal. This is an excellent upgrade for fox body mustangs 87-93 and SN95 mustangs 94-95 5.0 EFi engines. Keep in mind SN95 folks have to run an intake elbow for the TB just like you would if you bought ANY aftermarket intake. This will fit all EFI 302 engines 86-93 with minor provisions as described.
*IMPORTANT NOTES: THE INTAKE MAY COME WITH THE OTHER EXPLORER V8 INTAKE COVER. INSTEAD OF THE 5.0 V8 ONE THATS SHOWN IN PICTURES. NOT ALL INTAKES CAME WITH THE SAME COVER. SAME INTAKE DIFFERENT COVER. THE REST OF THE INTAKE IS THE EXACT SAME. ALSO THERE MAY BE A VACUUM TUBE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN REMOVED AT SOME POINT AND TAPPED/PLUGGED. THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT YOU DONT NEED ALL THE VACUUM TUBES FIRST OFF AND SOME OF THESE TUBES ARENT IN THE BEST OF SHAPE SO WE DRILL TAP THEM AND PLUG THEM PROFESSIONALLY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LEAKS. NO WORRIES WHATSOEVER.

THIS REQUIRES MACHINING AND WELDING THE ACCELERATOR FLY TO FIT A FOX BODY MUSTANG. ALSO A NICE CHEAP UPGRADE W/O BUYING AFTERMARKET. I WILL MAKE A PACKAGE DEAL FOR BOTH AND COMBINE SHIPPING.
