Up for sale is aclean, jet washed and HEATpaintedGT40 Upper and Lower intake pulled from aexplorer 5.0 V8.Has been repaired on the front corner ear as mentioned above. I have ran this personally for years on personal fox and had no issues. The intake has also been ported in the lower intake upper and lower ports and in the upper intakes throttle body hole. Not sure who ported. But looks ok. This is a direct bolt on upgrade for 87-93 ford mustang fox bodys and Sn95 302 mustangs.I am pointined a spot on the intake where the #5 boss has been tapped to receive the stock style IAT sensor (also known as the ACT). This is identical to your stock style sensor location and the 93 cobra style sensor location. This has been tapped and drilled perfectly by a professional machine shoplocally.This intake will also fit right on a 94-95 mustang but requires a 3/8th NPTplug to plug the sensor hole as you don't require it.FitsAllmustang EFI 5.0mustang engines and theirfuel rails, PCV, injectors and other sensors will bolt right on along with the EGR and TB. Will also fit other cars like cougars and Tbirds that used the 5.0 HO engine however there may be hood clearance issues? Buyers check fitament. Has a few extra vacuums than stock but you can just plug them. Pretty much a direct fit for fox body.This is an excellent upgrade to theEFI 5.0 mustangs giving it anywhere between 25-40 more HP over stock and flow more air. These intakes actual OUTFLOW GT40 Tubular AND cobra OEM intakes. This is an excellent upgrade for fox body mustangs 87-93 and SN95 mustangs (with the intake elbow) 94-95. This will fit all EFI 302 engines. The EGR housing that has coolant passage is not drilled thru and it will not hook up to this intake. The boss is there to tap and put a fitting in but to be honest you shouldn't be running coolant thru your TB anyways. That design was for cold weather start up and most of us don't run these in cold weather anymore.

THE EXPLORER TB IS MUCH LARGER THAN THE STOCK SIZED TB AND BOLTS RIGHT ON LIKE THE STOCK ONE INCLUDING THE TPS AND IAC VALVES JUST BOLT RIGHT ON.I HAVE ALSO CNC'D THE STOCK FOX BODY EGR SPACER TO MATCH THE TB AND INTAKE PERFECTLY. THIS OPTION COMES WITH THE STOCK FELPRO GASKETS TO MATCH THE TB AND SPACER TOO.I WILL MAKE A PACKAGE DEAL FOR BOTH AND COMBINE SHIPPING.
