Early explorer GT/40 Upper and lower intake. Excellent mod for EFI 302. EGR READY! Front bracket has been removed andthe ACT sensor boss tapped. RAYGUN INTAKES have front vacuum tube cut back (but still functional)... no charge, ACT tapped no charge, a different color no charge. Raygun intakes come with complete installation instructions! Pick an upper plenum plate if you don\'t like the one in the first picture. Flow chart shows how good this intake does against more expensive Ford options. Mustang 5.0 magazine says you will produce more low to midrange torque than other more expensive intakes. Save your money. This intake has been cleaned and a coat of high temp. intake paint and clear applied. Please don\'t spend your money on a dirty intake with used junk yard injectorsthat have brittlecaps and dried out o-rings not to mentionoutdated atomization design some of those cars haven\'t been running for years.. Don\'t buy a dirty intake with a paint job, get good value for your money. RayGun Intakes are the best on the market period! And remember I will paint my intake red, blue, pink or whatever, it\'s not about color it\'s about buying an intake that has been cleaned so you will getLIKE NEW performance from it. Last picture shows cleaning before coating is added. I don\'t believe in sand or media blasting the upper can only be chemically cleaned because of the risk of not being able to clear out any blasting debris. These intakes are an upgrade to the flow characteristics of the Mustang intake so I\'m not a believer in tapping the #5 runner. If this was an improved intake design by Ford than why not relocate the ACT to the air intake tube. This is an easy modification and will not disturb the flow designed for this intake. BUT IF YOU WANT IT DONE I WILL DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THIS MOD WHAT YOU NEED IT TO BE! RAYGUN!!!
