APB sells parts with a 30-day money back warranty unless otherwise stated in this listing. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. We must receive the part back within the 30 days and the original invoice is required. No labor warranty is provided. If possible we will send you a replacement, If not we will refund the purchase price of the part. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. To return an item you must contact usat (509) 244-5566 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Return shipping addresses and information will be sent to you with the RMA number.
Shipping
Our default shipping rates are for the mainland US states only (lower 48) via UPS Ground. Insurance is included.
If you need it shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or a PO Box please email us before purchasing and we will provide you with the correct shipping charges.
International shipping is not available. Expedited shipping is not available.
We will usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
Freight Items
We will not ship freight items outside of the lower 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
