Used but in good used condition. Surface rust only. The y pipe is the Hedman header brand made for these headers. With these installed on your car it will connect to your stock or aftermarket exhaust from your cat. There is no flange on the cat side of the y pipe but you can easily buy one and put on. Headers have a couple tiny dents that will not affect performance. No gaskets or bolts provided. When I used this setup on my car I had to use a few gaskets stacked between the headers and y pipe flange to fill a small gap. May not need to do that on your car. Buy these and save big compared to new. They will clean up good with a wire wheel and fresh coat of high temp paint!
