If you have received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately with a picture of the broken item attached so we can help you file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 30 days after item is received.
- All products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by Modifystreet written on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and no credits will be issued.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your RMA number. Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange after it is received by our RMA department.
