Very nice used 77-79 Thunderbird Amber \"jeweled\" hood/header ornament. I have owned several 77-79 \"Torino birds\" and currently have a \'78 Diamond Jubilee, this Amber jeweled ornament came off a \'78 Ember DJ parts car. The chrome still has a nice shine with some weathering, there are 3 pits on the ornament, all 3 are on the back....the chrome on the base has pimples all over. The frame has no bends or breaks (common problem on these) the Amber acrylic insert is crack and air bubble free...this is a nice driver piece but not for a show car. ~~~This would make a nice addition to any 77-79 \"Torino Bird\" or 80-82 Fox body T-bird in-place of the plain ornament~~~
