Any Warranty is void if the part is not installed by a licensed ASE certified mechanic.
You have 30 day from when you take possession of the part to return it, Miss-ordered, Miss-diagnosed, or parts that are not needed, are subject to a 25% handling charge.
We do not under any circumstances cover labor fees, Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded or covered by the seller.

No warranty on belts, seals, gaskets, any fluids or coolants.
No warranty on color or trim packages of part(s).
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period you must contact Alberts Used Auto Parts via Message or by phone 1-800-560-0760 prior to removing the part(s) or attempting any repair or replacement of the part(s),

Improperly maintained, disassembled or damaged, overheated Cylinder Heads are guaranteed not to be cracked and machinable to manufacturer's specifications, camshaft and valves are not guaranteed, and they are left on for convenience purposes only.
Its the buyers responsibility to verify with the dealership if an electrical item needs to be reprogrammed before purchasing.

All Engines are sold as used Block and Heads our warranty covers only the block and heads. All included parts are not covered by our Engine Warranty
Engine accessories such as Alternator, Starter, Flywheel, Throttle Body/ Carburetor, Distributor, Power Steering Pump, AC Compressor, are NOT included in the sall of a Engine.
Engines are drained of all fluids and oil filter is removed, buyer is responsible for replacing with new oil filter and oil to manufacturer's specifications before starting engine.
It is buyers responsibility to inspect and replace timing gears, chains, belts and gaskets prior to installation.
Warranty is voided if engine is over heated or if run low on oil.
Engines are guaranteed against cracks, rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption.

Transmissions are drained of all fluids and filters are removed,
Buyer is responsible to fill with fluid and replace filter to manufacturer's specifications.
Buyer is responsible to flush cooling lines before installing an automatic transmission .
Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter or flush cooling lines (Automatic Transmission), voids all warranties.
You must follow manufacturers guidelines for replacing your transmission.
ECU's & ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE's WARRANTY (COMPUTERS)
There is no warranty on VIN specific computers.
It is the Buyers responsibility to check with a dealer or authorized mechanic before buying a used module for compatibility to your vehicle as they can be VIN specific.
All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply. Some Modules need to be reprogrammed before they will work in your vehicle. Its the buyers responsibility to verify with the dealership the Reprogramming Installation Procedures and Proper Application. Depending on what kind of car you drive, the dealer may not be your only option. To get your Module reprogrammed Check with your local garages to see what they say. Often times local shops specialize and will have the right tools to re-program your module. If your dealership refuses to re-program a used Module and tells you they can't, then you need to shop around for a different shop or dealer. Every dealership handles it differently, so if one won't do it, that doesn't mean a different one wouldn't. All Modules will come in a clear sealed package all plugs and pin configuration must be verified prior to opening. Ones the clear sealed package seal is broken the item cannot be returned. All Module's do have a 6 month warranty on them if the part is proven defective by an authorized dealer or merchant, we must have written documentation from an authorized dealer or merchant proving that the part has been installed following proper installation procedures. At this time only a replacement part will be sent
