As of June 12, 2014, I will no longer ship UPS. They have saved my customers money over the last several years by shipping anything under 150lbs for much less than pallet freight. However, after repeatedly destroying merchandise and not once standing behind their service (even though every package was insured), I have decided its not worth the risk. I know cost of shipping is the make or break on a lot of my sales, but it does no good to save on the shipping and recieve a broken merchandise. REALLY UPS!!!??? How the[email removed by eBay]do you break a transmission or transfer case? Both of which have been broken repeatedly... not an easy task. Someone at UPS has went out of thier way to lose my business and they have finally succeeded. Going forward, all merchandise will ship pallet freight - in the midwest it will be about $30 higher than UPS. Further than that will be higher, and if needbe I will will Fedex, Speedi, or DHL. The only probelm there is my location has none of those services close, but every item will be handled on a case by case basis. I would like to thank all the customer support I have had over the years and will continue to supply the driveline parts not always easy to find locally.
