DT-Autotech are proud to stand by their products, and it is because of this that we offer a generous warranty on all of mechanical parts. Our minimum warranty term is 12 months, however this varies according to the part.
Our warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any associated costs in regards to labor or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part.
Our liability at any and all times and under all circumstances will never exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation.
Return Detail - Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 90 days from delivery date. In order to return an item, you must contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
Basic Return Criteria - Your return must include the following or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you: Original packaging, Original shipping label / packing slip, All accessories, Manuals, warranty registration, etc., Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the correct product. This can be obtained by you either from our customer service people., RMA number written on the outside shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box.
Basic Return Processing - If the merchandise is returned on time, in like-new condition, and conforms with the returns policy, then a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR the purchase price excluding shipping will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please allow up to ten days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse because the delivery times vary depending upon the shipper. Your return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Risk of loss for product being returned is yours during shipment between you, our returns center, distributor, or manufacturer, or back to you. Title to the product being returned remains with you until acceptance by returns center, distributor, or manufacturer.
Any returned package without contacting us about the situation will be put on hold until we got more information.
All return item must be brand new condition and RAM number issue by our company which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging.
We will responsible for pre-paid return shipping label if the item is damaged, broken or wrong item. And you can take the item to the UPS/USPS drop off location to return the item to us. Once the item is back to us, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee as well.
