Their fitment is off, and they are not flow tested, or properly cleaned. We have modified this injector to specifically fit the applications listed below, and the image we present, may not always reflect the actual item received. This isin an effort to deter reproductions, and protect our intellectual property.
Up for sale is a set of 6 direct fit Siemens \"long nozzle\" 420cc fuel injectors, to fit the BMW applications listed below.These are the ONLY direct fit upgrade injectors available for the BMW applications listed below. We have spent many hours R&D\'ing these Siemens injectors to insure a proper fitment, and function. The BMW applications listed below utilize a unique \"long nozzle\" Siemens injector from factory, which makes it difficult to find a suitable upgrade when adding a supercharger, or turbocharger. With this development,it isnow easier than ever to upgrade your injectors!
These Siemens injectors flow 420cc/min @ a base fuel pressure of 43.5psi, and will support engines making up to 400bhp. These are UNMODIFIED injectors, and come directly from the Siemens factory flowing 420cc/min. We have only modified the injectors for proper fitment, notthe flow rate. These injectors utilize a laser cut 2 hole discharge, for superior fuel atomization (see pic).
1Year Warranty. We offer a 1yr, unlimited mile warranty on these injectors. This warranty covers all mechanical and electrical defects.

- Visually inspected to insure a quality platform
- Hand cleaned and degreased
- Ultrasonically cleaned and reversed flow cleaned
- Flow tested (static and dynamic)with spray pattern observed for consistency
- Drive simulation from 600-10000 RPM with spray pattern observed
- High pressure & low pressure Leak down tested
- New filter baskets, o-rings, andpintle capsinstalled
- Machine polished
- Re-inspected & prepped for shipping
