A: When free shipping is listed in an ad, the item does have free shipping. The free shipping however is only for the continental United States. This means the lower 48 States only.

A: Please contact us via the message center and we will email an RMA form. This form must be on the outside of your return. This allows us to expedite the return process and issue a refund or a replacement.

A: Depending on your location, it may take from 2 to 6 business days for domestic orders. We also have a FedEx map that shows shipping zones and transit time in our shipping tab in our listings.
International orders can take up to 21 business days depending on your location; however, in most cases it is 6 to 12 business days.Payments

We offer free local pick up at our offices in Tallahassee Florida during normal business hours. Direct pick-up at our warehouse is permitted for "Buy It Now" and "Store Inventory" items only and does not apply to items won in sales. sale items will be charged the full shipping price listed on each ad - no exceptions.

For the purposes of pricing, we use the "USPS Priority Mail" shipping setting in our listings. This is for calculating shipping charges only for your convenience. Global Shipping Program
This is a new program that allows us to ship to more countries in which we normally would not ship to. Your item will ship from us and go the Kentucky shipping and sorting facility and then the item is shipped to your country. This is not much different than shipping via USPS and then going to New York or the Miami hub. Please note that the tracking will say Destination Kentucky. This will not stay this way. GSP is not the fastest at updating tracking and we do apologize for this.
Once the item reaches Kentucky it is in the hands of GSP and no longer in ours. Please continue to check the tracking and please keep in mind that the normal ship time is 6 to 10 business days. Also keep in mind that this program is still very new to us as a seller as well. This program allows us to ship to most countries we normally wouldn't ship to we appreciate your patience as this transition irons out the kinks

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt of your item. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.--NO EXCEPTIONS. An RMA must be requested, then granted from American Hunter Inc, and emailed to the buyer, to initiate a return, exchange, or if you have received a damaged or defective product. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package, as well as a printed copy of the completed RMA form inside of the package. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. **Unauthorized returns will be refused!**
Cancellations or returns of any kind on already shipped items will incur a 15% restocking fee to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for: return shipping costs, as well as sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition. Used products WILL NOT be accepted. We will either, replace the item with an identical item, or issue you a refund for the value of the item, minus the 15% restocking fee.
