A: Neither of the other anwers addresses your question: at 18 W (x2), you\'re looking at a combined 3A draw at 12 V (W=A*V).Therefore look at the AH (amperehour) rating of your \"small ATV battery\" and simply divide that rating by the 3A draw to yeildH (AH/A = H). The result is runtime in hours. Q: Thinking about using this as an outdoor light at home. Any reason it would not work off of a 12V landscape transformer?
