Returns

Any part purchased from Suncore Industries Motors Store can be returned for a period of 30 days. The part must be unused, in it’s original package (No wrapping or seals can be broken), and must be in resellable condition. Once an order has been shipped the customer must follow all return procedures. If the wrong part is shipped Suncore Industries will absorb all expenses in the return of the part. Customer is responsible for both the original shipping and return freight costs. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns after 30 days.Core Returns: (CORE)= Used Original PartOur Customers Are NOT Required to send us Cores Back, and We Do NOT Charge any Core Fees. However we are a green company and we do our best Recycle. That is why we provide you with a PRE-PAID Label so that if you wish to Recycle your old Parts you can Simply put your old used part in the same box you received your new part in, close the box, and attach the provided Pre-Paid UPS Shipping Label on top of the old label outside the box.
