Ground Control Coil-Over Conversion Kits gives you the option to customize the ride height of your vehicle. After several years of use in racing applications, Ground Control spring kits have been adapted for street use. Most other spring kits offer only one set ride height when installed. The Ground Control system's unique design allows for easy adjustment. Simply lift the corner(s) of the vehicle that you wish to adjust and spin the adjustable spring seat up or down to raise or lower the vehicle. Ground Control spring kits are also designed to be used with either stock or aftermarket shocks.
All Ground Control Coil-Over Conversion Kits exclusively feature Eibach ERS (Eibach Race Spring) springs. All Eibach springs offer a lifetime warranty against spring rate change and sagging.
All Ground Control Coil-Over Conversion Kit adjusters consist of a threaded sleeve and adjustable spring seat. And are made using high strength 6061-T6 aluminum; anodized for greater durability and appearance. The threads on the adjusters are square cut which locks the adjustable spring seat in place under load. For further precaution, a set-screw in the adjustable spring seat can be used to secure adjustment. In some applications, the Eibach Racing Spring provided may fit directly to the stock upper shock mounts or isolators. Polyurethane top-hat isolators are provided where needed.

This kit fits 1988-1991 Honda Civic & CRX models with stock or stock-style shocks only, such as OEM stock, Sachs, Boge, Tokico Premium Performance, Tokico Illumina, Koni STR.T (Will not fit KONI Red or Yellow shocks), KYB, KYB AGX, or GAB HP shocks.
This kit will not fit Bilstein, KONI Sport (Red or Yellow) shocks.Therearedifferent Ground Control Coil-Over conversion kits designed specifically to fit those shocks.
Shock absorbers are not provided with Ground Control Coil-Over Conversion Kits.
Expected lowered ride height change from .5 to 3.5 inches. At their highest point of adjustment these will let the car sit .5 inch lower than the OEM ride height and at the lowest point they can be lowered to the maximum of the adjustment range. These are fully adjustable between the minimum and maximum ride height.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for 30 days from the date you received your item.Please use the Purchase history in your My eBay portal to initiate a return. An RMA will be issued by Undercaroutfitter and the return address will also be confirmed at that time.
NO RETURNS is offered for parts that are special-ordered, custom-configured, discontinued, new-old stock, or used items.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. All original packaging and accessories, manuals & instructions must be returned.
Items listed as NEW or NEW(Other)by Undercaroutfitter must be returned in the same NEW, UNOPENED & ORIGINAL condition as you received it; otherwise, deductions will be applied or in certain cases, the return is no longer eligible for a refund. All manufacturer's packaging, instructionsand any additionalcomponents that came with the item must be returned. Opened items are subject to deductions or disqualification from receiving any refund. We thoroughly inspect the items to they can be sold as NEW again and we can certify that they are in perfect condition. Installed items are not eligible for return.

In the instances where we have unexpected stock shortages & where wedid not catch them in time to take down our listings, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
We are closed on weekends and most major holidays. We do not ship on these days. Your item will leave the next business day. Please note shipping times quoted in the eBay listings reflect business days and does not count weekends.
We only ship to addresses that is in your eBay profile. Do not message us the ship to a different address. Please cancel the order, fix your shipping address in your eBay profile and re-order.
Shipping deductions on returned items:
In the event where items are returned to us because it was not deliverable to the eBay registered address you provided or it went unclaimed at the destination, we will issue a partial refund after deductions for the shipping costs & fees we incurred because it is by no error or fault of ours and we absolutely have no control over this. International shipping and customs:

Unfortunately, in the case of items shipped via the United States Postal Service we have found their tracking information may be behind the packages actual progress or does not track at all once the package has left the United States. We are happy to ship any international item via UPS as their tracking is much better but unfortunately their freight costs are typically significantly higher.

This free shipping offer applies to US addresses only, we simply cannot afford to ship internationally at no charge. Whenever freight costs are calculated they are done so by eBay on our behalf. We adhere to their published freight costs, and sometimes they are expensive. Declared values for items shipped internationally:

In addition, all our items shipped are insured for their full value, as such they must also be declared for that value.
