• All returns MUST be approved before you ship an item back to us. A return label must be issued by Zoom Kit.
• Any unscheduled or unapproved returns will be shipped back to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee + double the shipping cost and shipping insurance (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to signing off package. Zoom Kit is not responsible for any damages whether before or after installment.
• To report fitment issue, a fitment report issue must be completed and consigned by a certified Collision or Body Shop. Please email the fitment report along with images to our email account.
• Very rarely, our items may be damaged in some non-obvious way (e.g. manufacture defects or hidden damage). If you happen to receive such an item, please contact us thru message.
• All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
