RETURN POLICY:
Return and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from item receipt. The return item must be in NEW re-salable condition. Return shipping charges including insurance will be paid by buyer if return or exchange is not due to an error or mistake. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Even if shipping is free, the actual shipping charges will still be deducted from the final refund amount. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You will need to include a RMA number in your return/exchange.
