How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Shipping charges for the lower 48 states are listed clearly in the auction. For AK, HI, Canada or PR/VI you will need to contact us via email or phone for an accurate shipping quote. Orders coming from locations other than the lower 48 states must be made with Paypal.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
98% of all orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped UPS Ground shipping ranges from 1-5 business days depending on distance from NC. Our goal is to have you, your product as soon as possible. Tracking information is sent via email once shipped. We use the email address listed on your payment. Once shipped tracking #’s can be obtained after first delivery attempt is made.
What is your return policy?
Once shipped cancelled orders will incur all shipping costs. After received inspect all items & resolve any issues within 3 business days. Special order items are not returnable. Our mistakes we will handle. Items not wanted or ordered incorrectly,if returned will receive 15% restocking & incur all shipping costs. No returns after 7 business days.
