These Floor Pan Drain Plugshave a Flush Head design which sheds water and debris while providing aprofessional finished look for any restoration or just to keep the mud and water out ofyour floor pans and carpet. The Snap In design of these low density polyethyleneplugsprovides a secure fit in sheetmetal and thin gauge materials for quick and easy installation.

1997 - 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ
FYI:These Floor Pan Drain Plugs snap into the four round drainholes in the floor of Jeep Wrangler TJ models made between 1997 and 2006 whichhave the original steel body floor pans. Since previous owners may have removedthese plugs to drain water, repair rust or paint, the plugs may now be missingfrom your Jeep. I have included four (4) Floor Pan Drain Plugs which is the numberrequired for these Wrangler TJs.
DIY:Replacing Floor Pan Drain Plugs is easy asthey simply snap into the factory drain holes in ’97-’06 Jeep TJs with steelbodies. Jeeps that have aftermarket spray-on bed liners may need to be trimmedslightly, the bed liner not the plug, if the bed liner was applied too thickaround these drain holes. When confronted with this situation try to wedge the FloorDrain Plugs into the undersized holes by using a rounded file or utility knifeto trim away a little of the over spray so they will snap snugly into place.This project requires only basic hand tools like a flat head screwdriver, workgloves, eye protection and possibly a utility knife or rounded file if the Jeephas a thick bed liner or is rusted.
TIP:If necessary, use the rounded handle endof a screwdriver to exert more downward force around the perimeter of the FloorDrain Plugs when you are wedging them into place.Warming plastic Floor DrainPlugs in the hot sun or in hot water makes them extremelypliable and easier to wedge and bend into place, especially during cool weather.
