These are new powdercoated wheels in the box and have no small nicks on the edge from wheel weights being removed. Also, they do not have any small scratches from dismounting and storage. They were Striped then painted and put into boxes. These wheels are clean and double boxed for shipment. Pictures are all file photos since we get these all the time. Note. These are considered used takeoff wheels before painted and as such are used. No warranty is implied or expressed. We do check every wheel when dismounted to make sure that they are straight and true
