The deliverer is at my door step, what should I do?
Inspect the package and its contents for any damages. If the products are all there sign the bill of lading. If any damages or problems are found, please note of it before signing. If you have any questions or problems, please Contact us.

I got my order and I signed for the product, but now I noticed there damages to it. Can I return it?
If at the time you received the products no signs of damages were noted down on the delivery bill, the products cannot be returned to us. Once the package is received and signed as clear by you, our insurance with the shipping company is voided. You can, however, make a claim with the shipping company directly. This does not mean that you will not get your claim, only that we will no longer be responsible for your claim. Most of the time claims are refused at this point, so please, Inspect your package carefully!!

For return of items arriving damaged or if the item is having fitment issues :

  1. Please Contact us.
  2. Provide us with pictures of (Damage/Fitment issue). This is required for insurance claims / manufacturers warranty.
  3. We will provide you a return RMA for you to send the item back for refund/exchange.
  4. Return shipping cost will be paid for by seller ( If buyer are nice / patient / easy going & easy to deal with )

For exchanging a broken/defective item, we will ship the replacement at our expense, subject to the item's availability.

Do you guarantee fitment?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, All aftermarket parts may require work & modification. All products are made to the closest OEM standards possible, but since they are all hand made minor differences can occur. Also, with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect fitment. We do, however, guarantee satisfaction on our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, simply contact us to return the product and receive a refund.

Do your kits come with hardware and instructions?
Your professional body shop should provide you the bolts & screws necessary for installation. We only recommend professional body shops for installation. Even though you may feel you have the experience and knowledge to install it yourself, we do not recommend for any of our customers to install the products themselves. Proper steps to installing a body kit : Pre-fit*, Drill mounting locations, Prep & Sand work, Primer, Color base, and Clear coat.

What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop to install your kit, look for one with experience in doing such installations. A body shop with 30 years experience in doing collision work but may not have experience in aftermarket body kits, is not recommended. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with 2 years of experience but specializes in installing aftermarket body kits.

Do the kits come painted?
No, all kits come unpainted in primer finish. You will have to bring your body kit to a professional body shop for installation, prep, and paint.
