We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We ship our wheels through UPS ground and smaller accessories with USPS. We only ship to the billing address of the credit card you are paying with or the confirmed address that is registered with PayPal. Tracking will be provided as long as we have you email address on file. Items usually ship the same day and will be received within 7 business days or less of the date of purchase. If for some reason there is a problem with the order you will be notified within 48 hours of the purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after date of purchase on all unused, un-mounted merchandise. Buyers should test fit and check used rims for defects prior to mounting tires on the wheels. Returns will NOT be accepted once tires have been mounted on wheels. Please notify us immediately if items have arrived damaged. All returns must be in original boxes and properly packaged and require prior return authorization from us or they will be returned to sender. Shipping costs are NON refundable under ANY circumstance. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
