Returns and Exchange Policy Domestic Returns and ExchangesIf the wrong item is sent, or the item is damaged during transit to the buyer, Element Wheels will correct the mistake at no charge to the buyer. For any otehr reason, as long as tires have not been mounted to the wheels you can return the wheels to us within 14 days of receiving your product. The wheels MUST be in BRAND NEW RESELLABLE CONDITION and MUST be in ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING. You must first call and get a return authorization from us, so that we can document the reason for its return. If you do not get this authorization, we will not know why the wheels are being returned, and many times we will not know who is returning the wheels. Upon return of the brand new, undamaged product, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee as well as all original costs of shipping the items to you. You will also be fully responsible for shipping the product back to the warehouse specified and are responsible for the condition of the items upon return. It is highly recommended that shipping insurance be purchased in case of damage during return transit. Wheels that are custom built or semi-custom built are not returnable and cannot be exchanged as they are built specifically for your vehicle. Any product that has been altered, modified, or customized for the customer or by the customer is sold as is, and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
International Returns and ExchangesFor international orders, the same domestic policy applies. If you choose to return an item, we cannot be responsible for any taxes or duties that are incurred as a result of this purchase. This includes both your local taxes and duties as well as the taxes and duties that may be applicable when being returned to the U.S. If taxes and duties are imposed, they will be deducted from your return in addition to the standard 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Damage ClaimsAlthough this rarely happens, if you receive a damaged item, you must call us and report it within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Please make sure to keep the item and all its packaging in the same manner that you received it.
Manufacturer\'s WarrantyAll of our products come with a manufacturer\'s warranty which is made available by the manufacturer. The warranty only covers against manufacturer\'s defects, and does not include the cost of transit or cost of labor in order to make the exchange. The warranty is made available to the customer by the manufacturer and not by Element Wheels; however, we will facilitate the warranty claim on the customer\'s behalf.
