This Headlight is off a 2015 Equinox it is a Oem light and in great shape with all mounting tabs. One tab was cracked but was professionally repaired and is solid. This light will not disappoint the tab that was cracked is the one under bumper cover that bolts to lower fender and is not visible when car is together I am a autobody tech and can tell u this light is in great shape and would use in my own car if I needed one so buy with confidence pics show the repair it is a clean repair
