Shipping Policy:
Henderson Chevrolet offers many shipping solutions. If we have it listed as “Pick up only” email us about our delivery service. Usually very low, or no cost at all.
EBAY PUTS THEIR OWN ***ESTIMATED DELIVERY*** DATE ON ALL AUCTIONS. THIS IS NOT ALWAYS 100% ACCURATE. We are very on top of shipments and you have no worries on our end of getting your item out quickly! With that said we also cannot control what happens after it leaves our hands!
We have multiple upgrade options for expedited/ overnight shipping available.
Freight shipping is only available to a commercial address. Buyer must supply the correct phone number to supply to the freight service provider (Don't put 111-111-1111 for example) we will cancel your order if not corrected. We may contact you if any questions need to be answered to set up the shipment.
We also have the right to upgrade/change carriers to your benefit (depending on costs)
· Get your order in by 2:00 PM EST and we’ll have your part out the following business day. (This does NOT apply to noted special order items). We will contact you with any issues that would effect this timeline.
Orders placed after cutoff Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday/Tuesday.
Return/Warranty Policy:
· If your eBay listing has a return policy for that specific item it will be listed in the “returns” section of the listing. You may see any of the following:

· All parts must be in original packaging and original condition

Warranty submissions on GENUINE GM parts can be authorized and fulfilled from any GM dealer. We will help you with any warranty claims and can process them ourselves as well.
