A little about who we are. We are a family owned authorized Acura dealership located in Northern California and our parts come directly from the manufacturer. We only sell brand new OEM genuine parts (unless otherwise stated).Our eBay department is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm PST. We areCLOSEDon weekends and holidays and will process orders and questions when we open the following business day.
Orders areusuallyshipped within 24 hours. Our inventory is shared with our internal customers. So in the event that we run out of a part and it needs to be ordered, it will ship 1-5 BUSINESS days later, depending on which warehouse it ships to us from. If this happens, we will let you know of any delays. If you need the item fast, please email us and we cancheck stock and availability for you.That way we can provide you with a better ETA.
