This is a used 2013-2015 Lexus RX350/RX450h xenon led headlight for the left/driver side. Lens looks nice and clean. Has one broken guide pin (seen in 4th photo) also has two broken tabs and one repaired tab (seen in 5th and 6th photo), All other mounting tabs and points are good and intact. Also headlight does NOT come with bulbs or ballast.
