This spoiler is made of One-piece, O.E.M. grade blow molded ABS virgin plastic resin.

1. What is Parcel Post Shipping?
- Parcel Post:
Previously known as Fourth-Class Mail, Parcel Post is not a guaranteed service.
Estimated delivery time:
* The general time standard is typically 5 - 9 business days in the 48 contiguous states.
* Estimated delivery time within Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses normally take at least 10 business day (two weeks) or longer for delivery.

All Customers will be provided the following information about items mailed with Delivery Confirmation:
o If item was delivered: the date and time of delivery
o If delivery was attempted but not successful: the date and time of the attempt
Delivery Confirmation does not expedite delivery and does not provide a guaranteed delivery time.
2. How much is shipping to me?
- To get a shipping quote look at our listing above the description and you will see a tab that states "shipping and payment".
Click on that tab. You will then see a set of boxes. One will be the quantity you are interested in and the other will be box to select your country. Select the quantity and your country and zip code if requested.
This will give you a couple different shipping quotes you can choose from with different prices. You may also have more options in our checkout after you actually purchase the item.
3. Can you car spoilers be painted?
- Our spoilers can be painted to match any factory paint color. We have several factory matched painted spoilers already in stock and available. If you give us your paint code we can send you to that exact spoiler. If we do not have your paint code already painted there will be an additional $70 charge to have the spoiler painted. The process takes about 3-5 business days and then the item is shipped to you.
4. Is there drilling required to install a spoiler?
- There is drilling required for installation of the spoiler if the holes are not already there as it is attached by a very strong adhesive and/or bolts. The bolt pattern most of the time does not match up when installing on a vehicle that had a spoiler before, therefore re-drilling may be required
5. Do you offer local Pick up's?
- We do offer local pick up at our Grand Prairie Texas location. However, we have several locations that we stock our product so we need to make sure the item is in the correct warehouse. We schedule all customer pickup between 3:00 and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. You must call your order in for local pick ups. It is possible that you may not be able to pickup your item on the same day as you order it depending on the availability in the requested warehouse.
6. Do you have the instructions and template to install the spoiler?
- There is no true "template" for drilling our spoilers. What we have are template strips or locator strips. Place the strips over the mounting holes on the spoiler and when applicable, LED brake light how. A small piece of masking tape is helpful in holding the strips into position. Align the spoiler to proper position. Using masking tape, secure the locator strips to the deck lid of the vehicle. Simply remove the spoiler by lifting straight up, leaving the strips still secured to the deck lid. You will then drill through the holes on the strips.

No Drilling -
All items ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the item and/or location. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been placed and we have received cleared payment, your order will then be processed for shipment. 90% of all our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer from one of their several distribution centers closest to you. These items normally ship same or next business day. Some manufacturers will not drop ship to a retail customer and will only ship directly to us. In these cases, the manufacturer will ship the item to us (if it is not in our warehouse) and we will then ship it to you. This will take an additional 2-3 days before the item(s) are shipped.

60 Day Return Policy:
Our 60 day return policy works the same regardless of the reason the item is being returned. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition it was in when you received it. Please see below for details.
7 days – All items should be inspected within 7 days of receiving your order for any discrepancies or damages. Within 7 days of receiving your product if you notice any discrepancies that were caused by our company the items in question can be returned for exchange or a 100% refund. This includes the product, the shipping you paid to get the item to you, and the shipping to get it back to us. We will send you a pre-paid UPS return label to get it back to us. It will cost you absolutely nothing to return the item to us if it is our fault and you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This is in the continental 48 states only.
30 days – Within 30 days of the purchase date you may return any item for any reason for an exchange or a 100% refund of the product itself. (The actual outbound shipping paid by Hitches R Us/Pro Hitch will not be refunded which includes free shipping orders). Simply ship the item back to us for an immediate refund or exchange.
60 days – From 31 to 60 days of the purchase you may return any item for any reason for an exchange or refund of the product itself. (The actual outbound shipping paid by Hitches R Us/Pro Hitch will not be refunded which includes free shipping orders). Simply ship the item back to us for an immediate refund. There will also be a 15% restock fee on any returns over 30 days of original purchase date.
Once the item is received a refund will be issued. For damaged items we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier will pick up the item from you for an inspection. We do not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. To request a RMA number you may call our Returns Department at (817) 533-3458 Monday through Friday 8 am – 5pm CST. Please have your order number, email address, id, and reason for the return when calling us for the RMA.
Cancel or Change Your Order:
If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible by phone. NOT EMAIL. (817) 533-3458. If you need to cancel your order after it is already been shipped - we will need to work with you to make sure that your order is canceled in our system, UPS is notified, and ensure that you "refuse the shipment" from UPS. Unauthorized refused shipments that we have not been notified of in advance will cause a delay in getting a refund.

Shipping and Handling
We offer low shipping and handling fee's world wide. We buy in bulk to save you money. Because of this you may receive your parts just as a dealer or repair shop would without retail packaging. When you buy from us you aren't wasting money on fancy retail packaging and materials when possible.
99% of all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Add 2-5 days for the shipping carrier to deliver and your product will be at your door step. Once your item is shipped, you will get the tracking information for your order so that you know exactly when to expect it.
