Replace your original supercharger pulley on your CTS-V or ZL1 with one of our Lightning Force Performance precision-machined overdrive units to increase boost an additional 5.5 pounds + more horsepower and torque.

Lightning Force Performance\'s LSA supercharger pullies area unique three-piece design, utilizing the highest-grade and quality STAINLESS steel pulley mounting hub, an interchangeable aluminum ring AND front cover.The center bore of the pulley hub is sized for the appropriate interference fit and no pinning or drilling is required for installation.

The rear of the pulley hub incorporates the same raised flange as your original pulley to facilitate proper installation. Thepulley ring and stock-appearing front cover are black-anodizedfor long lasting surface protection.

Like ALL Lightning Force Performance supercharger pullies, our exclusive quick change design allows for easy boost level changes. Once the pulley hub is installed on the supercharger, pulley rings (and pulley covers) can be purchased separately and easily changed. Machining of the snout is not required for the installation of our supercharger pullies, including our 2.40\" size.

Note 1: A shorter supercharger belt is necessary when the 2.40\" or 2.50\" overdrive supercharger pulley is installed. The Gates or NAPA 080653 in the premium Greenstripe line, is recommended (0.7\" shorter than stock).

Note 2: For proper installation, the upper portion of the supercharger must be removed from the vehicle and the blower snout separated from the case. A dedicated pulley tool can be used to remove the original pulley, but a press is required for the installation of the replacement pulley. As part of this changeover, we highly recommend replacing the original supercharger coupler if your vehicle is still equipped with the problematic spring-loaded unit. Our isolator is the same solid unit offered by GM in the upgraded LSA superchargers.

Lightning Force Performance recommends the installation of our 100mm double bearing CNC machined light weight upper idler pulley { listed elsewhere } on applications using overdrive pulleys smaller than our 2.85” supercharger pulleys. The upper idler swap on top will pick up the slack in belt after going to a smaller LFP blower pulley; Eliminating the need to purchase a new, shorter length belt!

BUYERS PLEASE NOTE1. Your stock belt can be re-used with our 2.85\" pulley; a shorter supercharger belt is necessary when our 2.40\" or 2.50\" overdrive supercharger pulley is installed. The Gates or NAPA 080653 in the premium Green stripe line is recommended (0.7\" shorter than stock). If our 2.40 pulley is installed in conjunction with our 100mm double bearing idler and the 9.55\" pulley ring, a 68.5\" belt is recommended.

2. End of supercharger shaft on LSA is not threaded like it is in other applications, a standard pulley removal and installation tool will not work. Your supercharger snout must be removed from supercharger case and the original pulley must be removed with new pulley installed using a press or suitable pulley tool. No gaskets need be replaced!! Generally no lubricant is lost during this procedure. As part of this pulley swap.
