You may return any unused parts to us within 7 days of delivery after you inquiry a RAN number from us. Buyer is responsible to pay for the returned shipping unless it is our mistake to send a wrong part. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable. A $15.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, will be charged for the return of the Free Shipping orders.
Be careful: Our trims can not be re-applied after your initial installation. Peeling off the trims will result in wrinkles on products and you will then have to buy a new piece. Replacement single piece of trim can be purchased from $30.00 plus shipping (1” wide for $20.00 per piece plus shipping and width greater than 1” is $30.00 per piece plus shipping).
