RETURNS:
You should inspectyour item carefully upon receipt.
1. Items may be returned by calling 706-207-4140 or sending us an email from our website, and requesting a RGA (Return GoodsAuthorization number). NO returns will be accepted without a RGA number.
2. If your return is new, unopened, and in theoriginal packaging, and the item was shipped to you in error, a full refundwill be issued to you.
3. If the return is not a result of our error,and your item is returned, in new condition, unopened and in the originalpackaging within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of themerchandise less the shipping charge/handling fees and a 20% restocking fee.
4. If the item has been opened or shows signs ofwear, you will NOT be eligible for a full refund. Items returned more than 14days after delivery or that have been opened or used are not eligible for arefund. NO refunds for specialorder/custom made items.
